Annual service contract

Medikro provides an annual maintenance program for both spirometers and calibration syringes. Skilled technicians assess the devices and make necessary technical adjustments to ensure optimal performance. The devices are calibrated and a certificate is provided to validate the service. Customers with a Service Agreement also receive the benefit of extending the manufacturer’s warranty for an additional year after the initial warranty period has expired.

Maintenance on demand

If your Medikro spirometer is in need of repair and is not covered by the warranty or the damage is not covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty, we offer repair services for your broken device.

To initiate the repair process, please contact us and request an RMA number for your device by filling out the form provided bellow. Once you have received the RMA number, you can send the device to us to determine if it qualifies for warranty service or to receive a quote for repair or replacement. That’s why we offer a Manufacturer’s Warranty that covers any material or workmanship defects that may occur within the specified time frame. For spirometers, the warranty period is 3 years, while for calibration syringes, it is 1 year.
