Software installation & user support

All you need is Admin privileges at your computer, the rest we will help you with! During online session we can set up remote access to your PC and solve all the issues.

Database configuring
You are an IT specialist and you tasked with moving a local database for Medikro Software to the server? We are ready to do it with you!
Together we develop plan for the migration, control the smooth data transfer, configure the admin tool and set up workstations.
- Price of the service: 690 EUR (VAT 0%), it includes 4 hours of our work, which can be distributed freely between the tasks and is enough for most of the cases.
- Extra time, if needed, charged separately - 150 EUR per hour.
