Spiro2000 is the PC Spirometry Software for both the General Practitioner and the specialist.

Graphical user interface is easy to use

Spiro2000 uses Windows operating system and includes a choice for several (presently 13) operating languages. Spiro2000 is easy and fast to learn and operate. Spiro2000 is easily integrated with most existing patient journal systems with new SpiroXML interface. It can also be used as a stand alone system. Can spirometry be easier?

Spirometry Network

Spiro2000 can be operated in a local area network. In fact it is presently the only spirometer in its segment with this feature without extra charge. The operator can add spirometer measurement capacity. The results can be stored with centralized patient records.

Localized reference values

Spiro2000 includes several local predicted values; presently ten different sets and easy to add more. The operator can select the proper reference, which will lead to better diagnosis.

Real-Time graphics

Spirometric data, flow-volume and volume-time graphs are displayed real-time on the PC as the patient performs spirometry test. All the necessary parameters are given after each maneuver.

SpiroStar DX / SpiroStar USB

The spirometer connects to the COM-port (RS-232) or USB port on the PC. The system requirements are moderate.

Trending

Spiro2000 includes full graphical serial comparison of the results. Operator can use the previous results of the patient for better disease management. Trend Graphs show changes in lung function.

Patient database without limits

Spiro2000 includes a patient database with sophisticated search functions. The database is scalable to any number of patients. Unusual in this segment. Built-in flexibility to meet the changes in patient flow. Simple patient record storage and retrieval.

Unique flow indicator

A Killer Feature! Spiro2000 includes a Flow Indicator. The operator will know the correct way to coach the patient for better results and more reliable diagnosis.

Unique hesitation index

A Killer Feature! Spiro2000 includes a Hesitation Index. The operator will know if the maneuver should be repeated due to delay at the beginning. This will lead to better results and more reliable diagnosis.

Unique reproducibility index

A Killer Feature! Spiro2000 includes a Reproducibility Index. The operator will know if another maneuver is required. This will lead to better results and more reliable diagnosis.

Unique histogram result format

A Killer Feature! Spiro2000 includes results also as a Histogram. The operator can see from the graphical output instantly, if the results are within normal range.

Export / Import functions

Software allows sending and receiving results or entire flow signal between two Spiro2000 users. This allows consulting from any part of the world! This feature comes also without extra charge.

Calibration log file

Spiro2000 includes a calibration log file, which saves the calibration data for internal Quality Assurance. Instrument performance is regularly monitored and performance deviations are identified. This will assure more reliable results and better diagnosis.
