Medikro® Service
Larger hospitals or laboratories might have quality system that requires annual verification / calibration of their equipment. This includes devices like spirometers and devices that are used to calibrate spirometers, the calibration syringes.
The purpose of Medikro® Annual Service is to ensure system validity and maintain both operational and technical features up-to-date. Furthermore annual service extends standard warranty period (Normal warranty period for the device is 3 years.) with one year and ensures latest software and user manual updates automatically.
Service Order
- Agree the service beforehand and apply for a RMA number via fax (+358 17 283 3300) or eMail (

- After receiving the needed information, Medikro will send you the RMA number.
- Please write the full RMA number clearly in the shipping documentation and shipping labels. Only deliveries, which are marked with a valid RMA number, are accepted.
- Please note that if equipment is not under warranty, a purchase order will be required to cover any repairs. Medikro will provide a quote for all non-warranty items.

- Equipment will be shipped back via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Priority Post, unless otherwise advised. If it is a non-warranty repair, shipping charges will be billed.
