New selection for spirometry result calculation criteria - latest ATS/ERS2005 standardisation is now added

Latest Spiro2000 software version 1.8 includes new result calculation criteria published by American Thoracic Society (ATS) and European Respiratory Society (ERS) during spring 2005. Spiro2000 user can select between 3 result calculation criterias, ATS1994, ERS1993 and ATS/ERS2005.
