In order to reduce waste Medikro is now packaging its products in smaller, handier and recyclable cardboard boxes. Also Medikro’s disposable flow transducers SpiroSafe are made of polyethylene which does not emit harmful nor toxic gases during incineration process.

Attempts to implement environmentally friendly policy are not only enacted in the design of packaging and products. They are also a daily routine in the company premises: waste segregation has been practiced in the company for several years already. Whenever printed materials are needed they are printed according to the demand. As a result the amount of unnecessary or outdated documents is limited to a minimum.
